Use of WhatsApp<\/h3>\n<p>The Council uses WhatsApp only for informal communication such as meeting logistics or availability updates. It is not used to process personal data or conduct council business.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Security of Your Data<\/h3>\n<p>Electronic data is stored securely using Microsoft OneDrive, which provides encrypted storage and access controls. Councillors use official council email accounts for all council business.<\/p>\n<h3>12. Transfer of Data Abroad<\/h3>\n<p>Any personal data transferred outside the UK will only be sent to organisations with adequate data protection safeguards.<\/p>\n<h3>13. Further Processing<\/h3>\n<p>If we need to use your personal data for a new purpose, we will issue a new Privacy Notice explaining the change.<\/p>\n<h3>14.
